Registration packages

Standard two-day registration fees include:

• Access to all sessions at Worcester College
• Lunches and refreshments on 23 and 24 September
• Networking reception on 23 September
• Programme booklet
• Access to conference proceedings: papers, presentations and session recordings (limited to 3 months for non-members).

Enhanced two-day registration fees include:

• Access to all sessions at Worcester College
• Lunches and refreshments on 23 and 24 September
• Networking reception on 23 September
• Three course evening dinner and lecture on 23 Sep in the Worcester College Dining Hall.
• Programme booklet
• Access to conference proceedings: papers, presentations and session recordings (limited to 3 months for non-members).

A limited number of day registrations are available for delegates wishing to attend for one day only.

If you are not a member and would like to join to benefit from the discount registration fees, you can sign up for membership prior to your registration or select a registration fee that includes BIEE Membership.

Accommodation

Registered delegates may book accommodation at Worcester College at a preferential rate (a booking code will be provided with your registration confirmation). Delegates are responsible for making their own bookings directly with Worcester College or alternative providers. See the accommodation page for more details.

Student discounts and travel bursaries

There are discounted registration fees for BIEE Student Members (see below). The BIEE also offers a limited number of bursaries to assist with travel costs to/from the conference.

If you would like to register at the discounted rates below, please email conference@biee.org for a discount code.

Travel bursaries are limited and are offered to BIEE Student Members at a maximum of £50.00 per student for UK travel only. Travel should be by the cheapest fare available. It is normally cheaper to book tickets in advance than to pay on the day. For longer cross-country journeys, travelling by air or coach can be cheaper than travelling by train.

Please email conference@biee.org to apply for a travel bursary. The application deadline is 31 July 2025.

How to register

Register online using the Eventbrite registration form, with payment by debit or credit card.

• Individual and corporate members please log in using the button above. If you are unable to login, or do not yet have your corporate member access, please contact us.
• Non-members click on non-member registration button above or register directly via Eventbrite.
• For group bookings, please contact us for a link to group registration.

BACS payments – organisations registering more than one delegate can pay by BACS (available to UK based organisations only).  If you require an invoice to raise purchase order, please contact conference@biee.org .

Terms and conditions

Please read our full event booking terms and conditions prior to registering.

To note:

• Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.  Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
• Should your payment not be received 10 days prior to the event, BIEE reserves the right to cancel your registration.
• BACS payment is only available to UK based organisations and until 31 July 2025.  BACS payment must be received in full by 31 August 2025.
• Every effort will be made to present the programme as published, however it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, speakers or timings of the conference.
• Substitutions can be made with 48hours notice (subject to the venue security policies).
• Any changes to registration categories can be made up to one month prior to the event.
